The only additional fee that may apply is the $500 resubmission fee if you need more than the three included resubmissions.

For standard payment, the full certification fee is due when you submit your materials through our portal. If you're using a payment plan, the first installment is due at submission, with subsequent payments due at 30 and 60 days. For invoice billing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance.
If your program doesn't meet our certification standards, you'll receive detailed feedback and have the opportunity to make improvements and resubmit up to three times within 60 days at no additional charge. If your program still doesn't meet standards after these resubmissions, you can make further improvements and resubmit for an additional fee of $500 or apply for a partial refund.
We offer partial refunds in limited circumstances. If you withdraw your application before we begin our evaluation process, you may receive a refund of 75% of the certification fee. If your program fails to meet certification standards after all included resubmission attempts, you may be eligible for a 25% refund. No refunds are available once certification is awarded.
